The Nadadores and City of Mission Viejo have partnered together to kick off Water Safety Month at the Marguerite Aquatics Complex on Sunday, April 28 at 27474 Casta Del Sol.

For the first time in the City’s rich sports history, the USA Triathlon Collegiate Club National Championships will take place April 13-14 in Mission Viejo.

Join others passionate about ending cancer at the Kick-off for the 2024 Relay For Life of South Orange County on Tuesday, April 16. The Kick-off is from 6 to 8 pm at the Leonard Cancer Institute at Providence Mission Hospital, 27799 Medical Center Road.

Assemblywoman Kate Sanchez (R-Rancho Santa Margarita) named Council Member Wendy Bucknum AD71 Woman of the Year for her dedication and continued service to the Mission Viejo community, according to the following press release from the legislator’s office.

The City Council on Tuesday, March 26 will honor three Mission Viejo schools and an administrator for outstanding achievements as well as consider the results of a performing arts facility feasibility study.

The business portion of the meeting starts at 6 pm in the Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center.

The City Council on Tuesday recognized some outstanding individuals and organizations and approved the City’s Mid-Year Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-24.

If you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend, head to the North Paseo at LOS OSOS for the Night Market.

The fun takes place on Saturday, March 16 from 5 to 9 pm at 25282 Marguerite Parkway.

This Night Market boasts a St. Patrick’s Day theme and includes live music by XNTRICKS, a scavenger hunt, green beer, family games, more than 50 vendors, a variety of foodie booths and trucks, sweet treats, photo opportunities and more.

The City is asking Mission Viejo voters to participate in an important survey that addresses issues that affect the quality of life in our community – including the quality of services provided by the City.

Dress up in your favorite St. Patrick’s Day attire and head to Terrace on the Green on Sunday, March 17 from 3 to 8 pm.

Enjoy the views of the green while feasting on dishes like corned beef and cabbage, bratwurst with sauerkraut and potato, shepherd’s pie, corned beef quesadilla, and more will be available for purchase. Green beer will also be available for purchase.

Terrace on the Green is open daily for breakfast (8-11 am), lunch (11 am-3 pm) and happy hour (3-8 pm).
