Comments on Staggering of Districts for 2026 Election

The City moved to district-based voting in 2022.  At that election all five districts were for four-year terms.  We now need to determine the staggering of the districts for the 2026 election.  What this means is that we need to determine which three districts and which two districts will be either two-year, or four-year terms.
