Request for Proposal: Solid Waste and Recycling Consulting Services

The City of Mission Viejo is requesting proposals from qualified firms to serve as the City’s State Diversion Compliance Consultant by providing solid waste and recycling consulting services to ensure compliance with the City’s Solid Waste Franchise Agreement, State Diversion Compliance requirements, and provide other support services as required.

Proposals must be received no later than Friday, October 31, 2025 at Noon.
