Culinary Night with Chef Ricardo

Host a feast in your own home after you create a fall-style dinner with Oso Creek’s renowned Chef Ricardo on Thursday, September 12 from 6 to 9 pm. This fun, interactive evening will be a hands-on culinary dining experience for age 21 and older.

Chef will describe and demonstrate each dish as participants take turns assisting with the preparation. At the end of the evening, each person will eat what they made and enjoy one complimentary glass of wine.

The menu includes:

  • Rack of Lamb
  • Wagyu Tri-Tip
  • Grilled Farmer’s Market Seasonal Vegetables
  • Creamy Corn
  • Cobbler – peach or apple

The cost is $75 (plus tax and gratuity) per person and includes the full dining experience, a full meal prepared by you and one glass of wine.
