REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The City of Mission Viejo Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced consultants to assist in updating the City’s Citywide Pavement Management Program (PMP). The updated PMP will identify the needs of the network, establish cost-effective priorities for making improvements, and develop a long-range program (one to seven years) for implementation. Proposals must be received no later than Friday, January 9, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
The City of Mission Viejo Community Development Department has posted a Notice of Availability of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds/Request for Proposal for Fiscal Year 2026/2027. For additional information, review the published RFP.
