Free Composting Workshop Sept. 13

The City and Waste Management are teaming up to host a free composting workshop at 10 am on Saturday, September 13 in The Kershaw Garden at Mission Viejo City Hall. The workshop will take place from 60 to 90 minutes.

Residents can learn how to turn their yard and food waste into organic fertilizer through traditional composting or vermi-composting. Compost and vermi-composting containers will be available for Mission Viejo residents to purchase or order at a significant discount.
