Finance

The Finance Division is a division within the Administrative Services Department.  The Finance Division is responsible for promoting and preserving the long range fiscal health of the City.  The Division performs all accounting functions and payroll processing, oversees the purchasing function and the risk management function, coordinates the budget process and manages all investment and debt transactions.

The division produces the City's Budget and Master Financial Plan, Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), Annual Treasurer's Reports, Monthly Treasurer's Reports and Quarterly Financial Reports.  The division also develops and monitors its various Investment Policies and Purchasing Policies and Procedures and oversees the Investment Advisory Commission (IAC),  and Prefunded Pension Account for Retired Employees (Pre-PARE) Board of Trustees.
