Volunteer Opportunities at the Library and Potocki Center for the Arts

Adult Volunteer Opportunities (age 18 and older) include:

  • Cultural Arts Onsite Docent

  • Friends Bookstore Associate
  • Genealogy
  • Homework Help
  • Passport Acceptance Office

Are you 18 and older and willing to commit to a 2-hour shift per week and a one-year commitment? Interested in volunteering? Fill out the Volunteer Interest Form to be notified when volunteer opportunities are available.

  • Computers/Technology
  • Cultural Arts/Library Events
  • Library Craft/Activities Prep

Teen Community Service Credit 

Or are you looking to earn some community service credit? Consider the Teen Voice Blog! For every post you write, you’ll earn 1 hour of community service credit. If you participate in a library or city event and write about it for the blog, you’ll earn 2 hours of credit. Blog signups are ongoing, so fill out an application if interested!

Please note that the library is not currently accepting court-ordered volunteers.
